The resume and cover letter look great! My only recommendation for the resume is to add some action verbs into your description of each experience. The cover letter could use the organization’s mission so that you can further align your skills with their mission.

But, I would also agree to include something about how you will connect with the organization specifically. Also, for your resume it looks like there’s a typo & repeat of info for the clinical section.
